Basic directions:

• medical, social and psychological support for our clients;
• self-helping group for people, who leave with HIV;
• addicts and HIV-infected rehabilitation and socialization;
• defence addicts/HIV-infected rights and interests;
• prophylaxis of HIV/AIDS in Poltava region, psychological interactive theater «Rubikon»;
• advocacy of our client's interests;
• preparation of teachers and volunteers for participation in the HIV/AIDS prophylaxis;
• work of the center of HIV-infected children;
• psychological and social help for HIV-infected women, who stay in prison.

1. We are sure that if a man has HIV it does not deprive their right to be the valuable member of society. He can conduct the social and healthy method of life.
2. It's not important for us what sex have client, what his nationality, or religious looks.
3. People which live with HIV or with chemical dependence have a right to get a medical and psychological help.
4. We consider that HIV-infected children have equal rights with others. They must get skilled medicare and education.
5. We consider that visiting by HIV-infected people groups of self-help considerably improves their psychological and emotional state.
6. We consider that chemical addictions is chronic, making progress, mortal illness in which guilt of patient is none. But it can be stopped, if drug user\an alcoholic halts to accept chemical matters which change consciousness. We trust that program «12 steps» is the most effective method of rehabilitation.
7. We are convinced, that influence on the decline of distribution of HIV and improve life of people which live with HIV/AIDS is possible only joining of public forces.
